Workshop: Comparing NIS2 Competent Authorities

October 30, 2026
Eu cybersecurity regulations workshop 3

📅 10 December 2026 | 11:00 CET | Online

This webinar offers a cross-border, comparative examination of how national cybersecurity agencies across key EU Member States are operationalizing their mandate. Rather than treating NIS2 as a single monolithic rulebook, this session provides a granular look at the regulatory mosaic: comparing how different national authorities conduct ex-ante vs. ex-post supervision, execute on-site inspections and independent security audits, apply administrative fines, and hold executive management directly accountable.

Why you should attend?

Compare National “Watchdogs”: Map out the structural, procedural, and cultural differences among key national cybersecurity authorities (e.g., ACN, ANSSI, BSI, CCN-CERT) and their operational approaches to oversight.

Who should attend?

This seminar is designed for professionals navigating cross-border cybersecurity regulations and EU compliance:

  • In-House Counsel & Cross-Border Legal Teams: Corporate lawyers advising multinational groups on multi-jurisdictional NIS2 compliance and regulatory exposure.
  • CISOs, CROs & Head of Security Operations: Technical executives responsible for preparing systems, documentation, and teams for inspections by different national authorities.
