The WP1 focuses on ensuring the efficient management and coordination of the DETANGLE project. It establishes a clear operational management structure, decision-making processes, and internal communication mechanisms to support effective collaboration among partners. The activities also include monitoring project progress through structured reporting and KPI tracking, coordinating technical development across partners and technology stacks, ensuring quality control of project deliverables, and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous stakeholder engagement, requirements analyses, feedback management and impact management

This work package focuses on identifying and analysing the needs of the stakeholders targeted by the DETANGLE solutions. It includes mapping relevant stakeholder groups, conducting a structured requirements analysis, and aligning the project with the state-of-the-art in existing tools and technologies. Based on these insights, the work will define the DETANGLE platform architecture, refine its offerings and specifications, and continuously monitor project impact while supporting policy outreach activities.

Multi-level compliance & certification tracking, supervision and enforcement

WP Lead: UBI

This work package focuses on developing the core mechanisms that support cybersecurity compliance and certification processes within the DETANGLE platform. It includes the design and deployment of NIS2 gap analysis and compliance tracking tools, mechanisms for pre-certification assessments and risk notifications, and solutions that support Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) compliance checks and accreditation workflows. In addition, the work will deliver an intelligent knowledge repository providing customised training resources and certification-related knowledge to support stakeholders in navigating cybersecurity requirements.

Enabling intelligent incident management and multi-stakeholder, cross-border collaboration

This work package focuses on strengthening incident detection, collaboration, and operational resilience across the DETANGLE ecosystem. It includes the deployment of AI-powered mechanisms for incident detection and scenario-based simulations, as well as tools that support responsible disclosure and incident information sharing among multiple stakeholders. The work also aims to enable cost optimisation and resource pooling at a pan-European level, while developing best practices that support trust, cooperation, and effective cross-border cybersecurity collaboration.

This work package focuses on ensuring the effective management and coordination of the DETANGLE project. It establishes a clear operational structure, decision-making procedures, and internal communication processes to support collaboration among partners. The work also includes structured reporting and KPI monitoring, coordination of technical activities and technology selection, quality assurance of project deliverables, and proactive risk management to anticipate, mitigate, and address potential challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

DETANGLE integration and validation activities

WP Lead: Tiko Pro

This work package focuses on communication, dissemination, and stakeholder engagement to maximise the impact of the DETANGLE project. It includes the development and implementation of communication and promotional strategies, awareness and training activities on cybersecurity regulations and incident management, and initiatives to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders. The work also supports capacity building, expands the DETANGLE stakeholder community, and coordinates the project’s exploitation strategy to ensure the sustainability of its results beyond the project lifetime.
