The consortium partner IRCCS San Raffaele Roma took part in the Swiss Biotech Day, one of the leading global events in the biotechnology sector, held 4-5 May in Basel, Switzerland.
The 2026 edition brought together more than 3,000 senior life sciences professionals from 49 countries, featuring over 130 exhibitors, 50+ thematic sessions, and 25 international delegations in the Global Village – clearly showcasing the power of international collaboration.
In this context, IRCCS San Raffaele Roma represented the entire network of partners in the DETANGLE project. Co-funded by the European Union (EU) and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre (ECCC) DETANGLE aims at developing an integrated framework and digital platform to support the practical implementation of EU cybersecurity legislation, helping organisations navigate compliance, certification, incident management, and cross-border collaboration.
Swiss Biotech Day provided an important opportunity to share progress on the project, contributing to the dialogue on research, innovation, artificial intelligence, and new models of collaboration.
Events like this strengthen connections between research, industry, and institutions, creating tangible opportunities to develop innovative solutions for the benefit of patients and society.
